4th GHANA National Qualifier.

4th GHANA National Qualifier Sept. 11th - 12th 2010.

Venue: National Library Hall, Murang'a.
Murang'a is about 100 km from Nairobi, 60 km from Nyeri and 70 km from Embu. There are direct matatus from OTC Nairobi. We also encourage scrabblers to carpool.

Format: Modified Australian and King of the Hill the last six games.
10 games on Sat. and 8 games on Sun.

Registration: Ksh. 300/- per participant payable on or before Friday 10th Sept. 2010 to Gitonga Nderitu through Mpesa : 0722 377 288.
Late registration: Ksh. 350/- per participant. (Note: Late registration will be allowed up to noon Saturday 11th 2010)

Starting time: 9.00 am Sat. 11th 2010 (This is the actual time that the games will start). Clocks will be started then.
The draw will be out by 8.30 am. WESPA rules are very clear on how to deal with lateness.

Registering for the tournament amounts to endorsement and adherance to WESPA regulations.

Equipment: Scrabble boards and tracking sheets will NOT be provided. Contestant score cards and score sheets will be provided

Meals: Quality meals will be available at the venue we have contracted the best caterers in town and have negotiated very good rates.
